Retired 21st JDC Judge Gordon E. Causey, 73, died Saturday, September 13, 2003 in Hammond. He earned his undergraduate degree from Southeastern University in 1955 and his LLB degree from Loyola Law School in 1960. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served as city attorney of Hammond from 1961 to 1970 and as state representative from 1964 to 1968. He served as judge in the 21st JDC from 1970 until his retirement from the bench in 1987.
