Slidell City Court Judge Gary J. Dragon, 57, died Monday, May 3, 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1968 and his Juris Doctor degree from LSU Law School in 1971. He served as Assistant District Attorney with the 22nd Judicial District and was assigned to City Court of Slidell eight years prior to election. He was elected to City Court of Slidell in 1999 and served there through 2004.
