14th JDC Judge William Lasater “Bill” McLeod,
71, died Sunday, January 19, 2003 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
He was elected to the 14th JDC in 1990 after serving
in the state House for eight years and state Senate
for 15 years, where he served as chairman of the Senate
Retirement Committee.
