The Louisiana Supreme Court has appointed retired Judge Robert J. Klees to serve as Supernumerary Judge Pro Tempore of the 25th Judicial District, Parish of Plaquemines, to discharge all administrative duties and responsibilities, effective May 1, 2008. This appointment is made following the release of the Louisiana Legislative Auditor’s Plaquemines Parish Government Compliance Audit.
The order allows the judges of the 25th Judicial District, Parish of Plaquemines, to otherwise continue to discharge their judicial duties and responsibilities and does not deprive the judges of their office as judges.
